As the Venice Biennale is in full swing, a captivating exhibition is illuminating the artistic landscape of the City of Canals. “Unmasked” offers a fascinating dive into contemporary Lebanese art through the works of three renowned artists: Zeina Nader, Claude Saba, and Lina Husseini. During the 2024 Venice Biennale, three Lebanese women artists are featured in an exhibition titled "Unmasked," held at "Galleria ItinerArte" in Dorsoduro. The exhibition highlights the cultural richness and aesthetics of Lebanese art.

The presence of "Unmasked" at the Venice Biennale marks a significant moment for Lebanese art in Italy. It not only underscores the global relevance of Lebanese culture but also provides an invaluable platform for these artists to share their vision with an international audience.

Lina Husseini’s sculptural impressions return to amaze us in a new solo exhibition organized by Dr. Tony Karam at the Faculty of Architecture, Art, and Design of NDU Louaize, running until May 30. by Zeina Nader.

Under the curation of Dr. Tony Karam and with the enthusiastic support of Christian el-Khoury, the director of the establishment, the lobbies of the luxurious Ritz Carlton DIFC in Dubai were transformed into an art gallery for the opening of the Art Gems exhibition. This event brought together the elite of the Emirati cultural world and the Lebanese diaspora. A refined selection of approximately 60 works, including paintings and sculptures, exhibits art by 17 renowned Lebanese artists.

À l'initiative du Dr Tony Karam et grâce au soutien enthousiaste de Christian el-Khoury, directeur de l’établissement, les lobbys du somptueux Ritz Carlton DIFC de Dubaï ont pris des allures de galerie d’art le temps du vernissage de l’exposition «Art Gems». In the beating hearts of lesser-celebrated locales, we unearth the authentic alchemists of artistry, quietly weaving their masterpieces in the shadows of conventional capitals. In this voyage of revelation, we embark on the odysseys of three extraordinary artisans: Angel Espino from Denver, Colorado; Lenor Bingham from Portland, Oregon; and Lina Husseini from Beirut, Lebanon.

Le vernissage de l’exposition de Lina Husseini a eu lieu le vendredi 3 mars à la galerie Sheik Zayed de l’Université libano-américaine, et l’exposition, si riche en sensations colorées, ne laisse pas indifférent. Découvrez ce moment artistique à la LAU, au bâtiment Safadi jusqu’au 11 mars 2023. Un événement culturel de plus organisé par les Drs Tony Karam et Cathia Jenainati.

Whimsical, colorful and decidedly modern sculptures are showcased in abstract shapes cast in bright iridescent colors. The PVC forms bend and unravel to reveal figures and notions that play a disappearing game depending on the angle.

À l’occasion de la Journée internationale de la femme, et pour continuer à lui donner le rôle qu’elle mérite au Liban comme ailleurs, le PNUD, l’Union européenne et USAid ont réuni leur énergie pour organiser, autour d’une exposition de peintures, photographies et sculptures, toutes conjuguées au féminin, trois journées particulières sous l’intitulé « Her Voice, Her Power ».
